Valve Pressure Testing Machine of Model PZ-50(Screw and multi-headed type)

The Valve Test Benches of model PZ series are a new type of valve testing equipment, which are the patent products designed and developed by our company and specially used for testing valves by means of bore (internal) sealing way. The machine is made up of main parts, such as electric motors, trust screws, copper transmitting nuts, tie bars etc. A frequency-converted electromotor and a speed reducer are adopted as the actuators to drive the transmitting nuts and make the screw going forwards and backwards. The practicability of the machine is completing both shell test and seat test after only one time of clamping, which is convenient and quick for valve testing. When performing valve tests, the bore (internal) sealing plates and the valves’ inner diameter fits each other by tolerance, which makes good sealing effect and causes no external force on the valves to be tested. As per customers' special request, the test benches of this type can be made in 2-6 working posistions.

Besides, the test benches of this type are speciall equipped with 7in small touch-screen PLC control panel for the torque force and speed of the thrust screw moving forwards and backwards.The PLC control system for the thrust screw moving is specially set to make the thrust screw with small torque force for its moving forwards and big torque force for its moving backwards. There will also be a safety locking control between the thrust screw moving backwards and the testing medium (water) inside the valve to be tested. That is, the screw can be moved backwards only after the water pressure in the valve to be tested is released off, which will protect the safety of the operator in case he operates the machine by mistake. Besides, the valve pressure test recording and printing system can record the valve pressure test data, and the test data can be checked and the time-pressure curve valve test report can be printed out if necessary.
